The best time to broadcast!!

Hey all, have you tried to broadcast a message but you can NEVER see it come up? Well do you want to know when you can broadcast and you will see your message, its when this comes up:

Sorry if you cant see, but it says a message from stardoll, its when stardoll broadcast! This normally happens for me nearer the night so enjoy!
